Colchester Institute sell discounted First products via their student shop including the carnet tickets, termly tickets and an annual ticket to staff as well as students. You can also purchase the discounted Arriva carnet and 4 weekly ticket there too.

University of Essex
First UoE bus pass
The First UoE bus pass is a discounted annual season ticket offered by First Buses Essex to both students and staff for travel within the Colchester area, including to the University's Colchester campus. The UoE bus pass provides a full year's worth of unlimited bus travel in the Colchester area, within the zone you choose.
Colchester Borough Council
Colchester City Council offers a 50% discount on a wide range of tickets including on the smaller operators through a reimbursement arrangement. Find out more on the Flexible Travel section of the intranet.
East Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust
ESNEFT offer a 50% discount on First and Colchester Borough Card (multi-operator) season tickets. You can currently buy these tickets from the travel office on site. Find out more about the range of tickets and how to get the discount from the Trust's Sustainable Travel pages on the intranet.
ESNEFT also sell Arriva 4 weekly tickets and First and Arriva carnet tickets at a 50% discount via the Colchester Travel Plan Club. If you are interested in these products apply here and the 50% discount will be applied once we have received your application.
The discount on train season tickets is currently 10%. CHUFT staff can obtain the discount through the Colchester Travel Plan Club by applying here.
