Anglian Community Enterprise (ACE)
We work closely with ACE who work with the community encouraging and supporting people to adopt a healthier way of life. As much of people’s time is spent at work, workplaces can play an important role in encouraging healthier lifestyles and there are business benefits in increased productivity and reduced sickness levels.
ACE offer free workplace champion programmes to train a member of staff to lead on wellbeing matters. They also support businesses to promote:
- weight management
- healthier eating
- stopping smoking
- increasing physical activity
- managing stress
- alcohol consumption
