DSG’s Biggest Bacon Butty stop!

Defence Support Group had a full bike shed.  Shift patterns didn’t cater for offering a bike breakfast, but ever creative, the Biggest Bacon Butty stop was part of a lunch time ride with ”Smoking Phil Puxley” on the tongs.

‘An excellent BBQ pit stop’ quoted Neil, DSG’s CTPC rep. He also added that he was very pleased that some staff who hadn’t come along to previous lunchtime rides had joined them, using DSG’s pool bikes.  ‘We ran out of pool bikes, had we had more, even more colleagues would have joined us.’

In total 20% of DSG’s Colchester workforce turned out for the ride!
